An app for rating music — albums and songs — writing reviews and sharing them with your friends and your communities. It is offered by Adrian Santiago Jimenez Ocampo, of Artes Flamencos 14-2, Lomas Hidalgo, Tlalpan, C.P. 14240, Ciudad de México, México. By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy policy; if you don’t agree, don’t use the app. Una app para calificar música —álbumes y canciones—, escribir reseñas y compartirlas con tus amigos y tus comunidades. Your accountTu cuenta
You have to be over 18 and give your real date of birth. One account per person, under your name or one that doesn’t impersonate anyone. You’re responsible for whatever happens on your account and for keeping your password — or the Apple or Google account you sign in with — safe. You can delete your account whenever you want from Settings; what gets deleted and what is kept is in the Privacy policy. If an account turns out to belong to a minor, we delete it. Tienes que ser mayor de 18 años y dar tu fecha de nacimiento real. Una cuenta por persona, con tu nombre o con uno que no suplante a nadie. Eres responsable de lo que se haga con tu cuenta y de mantener segura tu contraseña o la cuenta de Apple o de Google con la que entras. Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde Ajustes; qué se elimina y qué se conserva lo dice la Política de privacidad. Si una cuenta resulta ser de un menor, la borramos.
Your contentTu contenido
Your ratings, reviews, comments, posts, photos and messages are yours. Posting them gives us permission to show them inside the app — on your profile, in the feed, in communities and in the chats where you share them — and to notify the people who follow you. If your profile is public and you rate something someone sent you in a message, your rating also shows up in that chat, for everyone in it. We don’t use them outside the app and we don’t sell them. Only post what you have the right to post: a photo that isn’t yours, for example, can be taken down if its owner asks. What you post in a community is public even if your profile is private. Tus calificaciones, reseñas, comentarios, publicaciones, fotos y mensajes son tuyos. Al publicarlos nos das permiso para mostrarlos dentro de la app —en tu perfil, el feed, las comunidades y los chats donde los compartas— y para avisar de ellos a quienes te siguen. Si tu perfil es público y calificas algo que alguien te mandó por mensaje, tu calificación aparece también en ese chat, para quienes estén en él. No los usamos fuera de la app ni los vendemos. Publica solo lo que tengas derecho a publicar: una foto que no es tuya, por ejemplo, puede retirarse si su dueño lo pide. Lo que publiques en una comunidad es público aunque tu perfil sea privado.
Sharing a storyCompartir una historia
You can turn one of your ratings into an image and share it outside TuneIt, on Instagram or anywhere else. You create and share that image yourself; it carries your username and the album cover, and once it’s out it’s no longer in TuneIt: we can’t delete it, not even when you delete your account. Share it with the same respect the next section asks for. Puedes convertir una calificación tuya en una imagen y compartirla fuera de TuneIt, en Instagram o donde quieras. Esa imagen la creas y la compartes tú, lleva tu nombre de usuario y la portada del disco, y una vez fuera ya no está en TuneIt: no podemos borrarla, tampoco al borrar tu cuenta. Compártela con el mismo respeto que pide la sección siguiente.
Ground rulesConvivencia
No harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, spam, sexually explicit content, intimate images of another person without their consent, content that infringes copyright, or illegal content. Opinions about music, bad ones included, are welcome; attacks on people are not. You can report any rating, comment, post, message or person from the app, and block anyone: you stop seeing each other and the chat between you is deleted. No se permite acoso, amenazas, odio, suplantación de identidad, spam, contenido sexual explícito, imágenes íntimas de otra persona sin su consentimiento, contenido que infrinja derechos de autor ni contenido ilegal. Las opiniones sobre música, incluidas las malas, son bienvenidas; los ataques a personas, no. Puedes reportar cualquier calificación, comentario, publicación, mensaje o persona desde la app, y bloquear a quien quieras: dejan de verse mutuamente y el chat entre los dos se borra.

A filter rejects certain words when you post. We review reports and can hide or remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules; repeat offenders lose their account. We acknowledge a report within 48 hours and resolve it within 7 days at most. If you think we got it wrong, write to santi990701@gmail.com and we’ll take another look. Un filtro rechaza ciertas palabras al publicar. Revisamos los reportes y podemos ocultar o eliminar contenido y suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estas normas; quien reincide pierde la cuenta. Reports and claimsDenuncias y reclamaciones
Offensive content: report it from the app or write to santi990701@gmail.com. Intimate images shared without consent: write to santi990701@gmail.com with the link or location of the image and a statement that you appear in it and didn’t consent; we give you a request number, remove it along with identical copies within 48 hours at most, and tell you what we did. Copyright: if you believe something in TuneIt infringes a work of yours, write to our designated agent, Adrian Santiago Jimenez Ocampo, Artes Flamencos 14-2, Lomas Hidalgo, Tlalpan, C.P. 14240, Ciudad de México, México, santi990701@gmail.com (registration DMCA-1080696 with the U.S. Copyright Office), identifying the work, where it appears in the app, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use isn’t authorized, and your signature. We remove the content, notify whoever posted it and let them respond; repeat offenders lose their account. This also applies to catalog cover art: if you hold the rights and want a cover removed, we replace it with a placeholder. You can also request removal of an artist photo from Wikimedia Commons or correction of its credit by emailing santi990701@gmail.com with the artist’s name, the affected photo, the reason, and your contact details. We accept requests from photographers, rights holders, people pictured, and their representatives. Contenido ofensivo: repórtalo desde la app o escribe a santi990701@gmail.com. The musicLa música
Catalog information — titles, artists, albums, songs — comes from MusicBrainz, the open music encyclopedia, under the CC0 license. Genres come from MusicBrainz tags, under the CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 license. Cover art comes from the Cover Art Archive and belongs to its authors and labels; we show it to identify each record and remove it if the rights holder asks. The listen button opens Spotify or Apple Music, whichever you choose; each has terms of its own. About Spotify: we make no warranties on its behalf; you may not modify, copy or reverse-engineer the Spotify platform through TuneIt; we, not Spotify, are responsible for TuneIt; and Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and of the Privacy policy, meaning it can enforce them. Artist photos come from Wikimedia Commons and are located through Wikidata or MusicBrainz links. We use images available under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY), Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA), the CC0 dedication, or identified as public domain. We host copies in our own storage and adjust their size and format for display; some views also adjust the framing. The photo credit on the artist’s page shows the available authorship information and the license or public-domain status. Tapping it opens the file’s Commons page, with attribution details and the full terms. Settings › About also identifies this source. Each photo retains its license, and these terms do not restrict the rights that license grants. Its inclusion does not imply endorsement of TuneIt by the artist, photographer, or Wikimedia. TuneIt does not include these photos in the stories or cards it generates for sharing outside the app. To request removal or correct a credit, email santi990701@gmail.com with the artist, the photo, the reason for your request, and your contact details. The serviceEl servicio
TuneIt is under active development: it can change, break or go down, and we may remove features. To the extent the law allows, it comes as is, without warranties, and we’re not liable for indirect damages or for what other people post. None of this limits rights that the law of your country gives you and that can’t be waived. TuneIt está en desarrollo activo: puede cambiar, tener errores o interrumpirse, y podemos retirar funciones. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, se ofrece tal cual, sin garantías, y no respondemos por daños indirectos ni por lo que publiquen otras personas. Nada de esto limita los derechos que la ley de tu país te dé y a los que no puedas renunciar.
EndingTerminar
You can leave whenever you want by deleting your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice unless the law or the seriousness of the case prevents it. When an account is closed, what the Privacy policy says about deletion and retention applies. Puedes irte cuando quieras borrando tu cuenta. Nosotros podemos suspender o cerrar una cuenta que incumpla estos términos, con aviso salvo que la ley o la gravedad del caso lo impidan. Al cerrarse una cuenta se aplica lo que dice la Política de privacidad sobre qué se borra y qué se conserva.
Governing lawLey aplicable
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. If you live in another country, you keep the rights your law grants you. Before any claim, write to us: almost everything gets sorted out by talking. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de México. Si vives en otro país, conservas los derechos que tu ley te reconozca. Antes de cualquier reclamación, escríbenos: casi todo se resuelve hablando.
ChangesCambios
This is version 2 of the terms. If they change in any important way, you’ll see it in the app and we’ll ask you to accept them again before going on; if you don’t agree, you can delete your account. Esta es la versión 2 de los términos. Si cambian de forma importante, lo verás en la app y te pediremos aceptarlos de nuevo antes de seguir; si no estás de acuerdo, puedes borrar tu cuenta.
